I’ve used expired proactiv before with no issues but this was just too old. The smell was so off putting and it burnt my skin each time (not typical for my tough skin). Most if not all my bottles expires in 2009, I’d steer clear of anything older than two years now.

I was nervous to buy this because of what a good deal it was. I’m used to traveling 45 min to go pay $32 for a tiny bottle that barely lasts me two week. I’ve been buying directly from proactiv for 5 years. I was worried this was a knock off and that’s why it was so cheap. If it is a knock off, it works exactly like proactiv. It’s a huge bottle for the same price I normally pay, and it was delivered to me a week before I thought it would which was a very nice surprise. Trust me, this is totally worth the $30 I spent and the 3-4 days I waited for it.

This is just as you would get it straight from the company, and still within the expiration period. This is a very large size, not the kind you get in the kits. Great value.

I like ordering on eBay because it’s more affordable and I don’t alway need everything in the kit. I’m 45 and use this 2 times a day…anything else, even if it contains the same amount of benzoyl peroxide, causes my face to breakout.

I’m 63 and my face still breaks out so I use this twice daily in the shower. Proactiv products are wonderful in fulfilling their claims. Proactiv definitely helps with acne and this is gentle so it won’t dry out your skin.
